Background
Dennis Xu is a founding partner of Hendersen Taxand. He has over twenty years of experience in the consulting field and advises clients across corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax and investment structuring, spanning a range of industries. He has also developed in-depth knowledge of domestic and cross-border investment and business operations through involvement with private equity, portfolio companies and business start-ups.
Career
Dennis graduated from Shanghai International Studies University. He began his career at Arthur Andersen and PwC, then joined General Electric as China tax manager. In 2004 he founded Hendersen Consulting, which later became the China member firm of Taxand Global. Dennis served on the board of Taxand Global from 2008 to 2015.
