Background
Eddie Wang is a co-founder of Hendersen Taxand. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree magna cum laude at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, majoring in economic law. He is a CFA charter holder, a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a China Registered Tax Agent, and an Attorney at Law.
Career
Eddie started his professional career at Arthur Andersen and subsequently joined PwC. In 2004 he co-founded Hendersen Consulting. Across his career he has built working knowledge of PRC finance, tax and regulatory systems, and has advised multinational companies on China investment strategy and the design of cross-border holding and transaction vehicles.

- Advised multinational groups on investment strategy in China at both the pre-investment and operational stage, including the structuring of cross-border transaction vehicles.
- Worked with the Shanghai Municipal Government on the planning and implementation of the International Procurement Center and Regional Headquarter projects.
