Background
Kevin Wang is the lead China member of Taxand's global compensation, equity and employment tax team. He joined Hendersen Consulting as a partner in 2005 after working at a Big Four firm in Shanghai, and brings over twenty years of local and international tax experience to his China practice.
Career
Kevin advises clients across the full life-cycle of doing business in China: planning and setting up business vehicles, advising on corporate tax, transfer pricing, customs, labour, foreign exchange and regulatory matters, supporting M&A transactions, and advising on the disposal of China investments. He has specific experience in the automobile, advertising, banking, insurance, software, semiconductor, telecommunications, transportation, chemicals, pharmaceutical, real estate, hotel management, trading, distribution, foreign-contractor and general-manufacturing sectors.
